"The closure of level 3 intensive care in Glan Clwyd means babies less than 27 weeks will be sent to Arrowe Park and then sent back here 'if they survive'. Dr. Lynton Miles (Betsi Cadwaladr) quote from the meeting on Friday 'Most of these babies die' anyway! WTF This is a disgrace, this is about lives. Betsi Cadwaladr Board DO NOT understand what these babies and their families go through. When babies are moved about it decreases the chance of survival. The sad thing is that only the people that have been through this will know what this is about. We are a charity that has supported families in this position for 30 years,

Betsi Cadwaladr did not listen to the people in this so called consultation. It was a just smoke and mirrors, the full details of the proposals were not even made clear to the public until Friday anyway.

Betsi Cadwaladr even admitted that Arrowe Park was not up to standard so why is Welsh Money being invested over the border so that they can get up to scratch and not us?

The staff are not allowed to speak to anyone about this and have been threatened with losing their jobs.

Come on Betsi Codswallop dont give us the bullshit over Doctors when Doctors have left because of insecurity in the Neonatal department since an axe was held over it. Dont give us the bullshit over money when if the real the real figures of babies were used it would show that it will cost more to do this. I cannot think of any reason............................but hang on if a Senior Codswallop officials are working for two health boards in a so called 'partnership' are they then also getting two wagepackets?
