Any idiot can makes cuts in services and then go on to blame others for the exact nature of the cuts.
Unfortunately there are a growing number in the public sector who do not have the skills to reduce spending without causing chaos and blaming others ..
Janet seems to expect austerity without anyone noticing impact. Nhs Wales has not had an uplift for 2 years,while demand and costs rise.
Problem with AMs is that they are just focused on local issues can't see a bigger picture.
I think we'll see much bigger changes in North Wales over the next few years which will make this change look minor!
