Brilliant Idea!
I have no doubt that when most of us moan we are either cold or wet we have no real idea what the meaning of either really means, the same as when it comes to getting a little hungry when we exclaim that we are starving we have no real idea of the meaning of the word,unless of course we are for whatever reason homeless or in need of genuine help that could be for a number of reasons.
In some cases I am sure it is because of mental illness,for that reason it is a pleasure to post this that a twitter friend of mine is putting out a request for food as Ty Hapus is setting up a soup kitchen and would very much welcome donations.
They would also welcome any donations of wool for volunteers to knit scarves and gloves.
Brilliant idea!

Many consider if we had a half decent county council we would not need soup kitchens in Conwy
Even most of the charity aid for the homeless in the area are only open Monday to Friday ..
Whilst I can only praise voluntary charity work for the homeless.
I know that a lot of the problems of the homeless and the vulnerable are made worse by the "jobworths" , the "pass the buck public servants" and the police
These people have "needs" 24hrs 7 days ...
Sad to say the price a carrots etc and a loaf of bread is pence
The price or cost of some of the arse-holes that are suppose to give advice and support to these people is hundreds of thousands ..
The value of the soup kitchen run by volunteers is priceless !
The value of the public sector support is worthless drain
Here we are, in the second decade of the 21st century, in what is supposedly one of the richest countries on earth. Soup kitchens, rising homelessness and yellow wheelie bins in the supermarkets for food banks for the poor.
And all the government is bothered about is removing money from the benefits and social welfare system in order to pay for the money given to the banks, and deliberately attempting to fire-up another house-price bubble.
I'm sure Ronnie could donate a track suit to Jayne Blacks fantastic idea. We could sell the naming rights " track soup kitchen" for starters .
